Notary Connect PRO: Automated Sweeping
Automated Sweeping improves scheduling efficiency by sending text updates (instead of emails) to notaries, automating reminders for pending tasks, and flagging at-risk orders for schedulers to review, helping prevent delays and reduce errors.
Please note: This feature is only available for Notary Connect PRO customers.

Client name added to in-app notifications
In-app notifications now display the client name for orders requiring action. If a company is involved, it will show as "Company Name - Client Name"; otherwise, just the client name appears.
Automatic FedEx label generation via open API
Notary Connect customers who create orders via the Snapdocs Open API now have the ability to automatically generate FedEx labels.
To use automatic FedEx label generation: first enable this feature in client settings, then enter your FedEx account number and select your preferred shipping method. Once configured, shipping labels will be generated automatically for all future orders.
