Today’s Notary Connect Platform updates include: 

• Require notaries to acknowledge order instructions once
• Enhanced password requirements
  
  

Streamlined order instruction acknowledgment for notaries

Notaries will now only need to acknowledge order instructions once per signing, instead of every time they download documents. This update makes it easier for notaries to access packages promptly, without unnecessary delays.

Enhanced password requirements

To further improve platform security, we’re increasing the minimum password length from 8 to 12 characters. This change will apply only to new users or those resetting their password. Existing users can continue using their current passwords unless they choose to update them.
