There are 74 searchable languages in the Snapdocs system and there are a few ways to search for a notary that speaks a certain language.
This search can be done on the Proximity Search page (Admin access only), on the Search Agents page, or by adding a language requirement during order creation that auto-filters the Automator.

Proximity Search
Admins can search for notaries on the Proximity Search page to determine if there are notaries in the signing location area that speak the required language.
Note: You cannot assign a notary to an order from this page. This page only provides access to the notary’s information on their profile.
Step 1: Select Proximity Search from the Admin list.
Step 2: Enter the zip code (recommended for most precise search results), city, or state for the signing location and the radius in miles you would like to search. Select the Search button.
Step 3: After the search results load you can choose the number of notaries shown per page and enter in a filter. Enter in the language required for the notary to speak and select the Search button again. This shows you only the notaries that speak the specified language within the radius of the signing location you entered.
Search Agent page
Notary searches can be filtered by language from the order when on the Search Agent page (also known as the Automator).
Note: Using this method is not necessary if you have entered the language requirement on the order. See the next process for more information.
Step 1: Select Search Agent on the order page.
Step 2: Enter in the required language in the filter box. The search results refresh to show only the notaries that meet that requirement
Step 3: Select the Automate Search button to start reaching out to notaries that speak the required language.
Order creation
You can search for a notary that speaks a certain language by adding a language requirement to the order on the Order Create page. Adding the language requirement filters the notary search on the Automator so only notaries with that language on their profile are sent a signing request.
Step 1: Select add language requirement on the Order Create (or Order Edit) page.
Step 2: Enter the language the notary is required to speak.
Note: If you are attempting to locate a RON/IPEN notary for your signing. You can locate specific instructions on how to do so here.
Step 3: After all of the order details have been selected and entered, select Create Order (or Save Order).
You are able to see on the order page what language requirement you have set for your order.
