How do I change my notification settings?

As a notary signing agent, you can receive notifications of available signing opportunities via text or email.

Tip: You can also turn off your notifications completely. This means you will not be notified of available signing opportunities in your area. Instead, companies must call you to inquire about your availability.

Step 1: Login to your account and select your name in the upper right-hand corner. A drop-down menu should appear, select Settings.

 To turn on text notifications:

  • Notify me when there are available signings in my area should be On.

  • Available signings in my area should be Text.

To turn on email notifications:

  • “Notify me when there are available signings in my area” should be On.

  • “Available signings in my area” should be Email.

To turn all signing notifications off and receive only phone calls “Notify me when there are available signings in my area” should be Off.
