A client that is assigned to an order can reply via email to certain order notifications, and the reply will appear as a comment on the order.

Clients can only reply to an order notification via email if they have been added to that specific order or if their email address is listed under “CC emails to” field in a client's account.
Note: If a client that is added to an order responds to any other notifications via email or their email address is not listed as a CC on a client user account, it will not post a comment to the order. The comment will not be visible to the company or scheduling team.
