Overview: Snapdocs RON Integration
We now have a RON service that is integrated with Notary Connect! Here is what you will receive when you use Snapdocs RON.

- Everyone has end-to-end visibility throughout the journey. Signers can ask questions, preview documents, and access the RON signing directly from the order in Notary Connect.
- No more waiting for documents.
- We automatically send the documents to the RON signing once they are uploaded and available to the notary.
- We will also upload the signed documents to the order as soon as the signing is completed.
- Feel comfortable with a secured signing.
- Documents stay within our system and do need to be downloaded by the notary or added to any other system to complete a RON signing.

Snapdocs RON↔Notary Connect Integration
- We will automatically filter verified Snapdocs RON notaries for the notary pool when the search begins.
- Once the notary is assigned, the RON signing is automatically created in Snapdocs RON.
- Once the documents are uploaded and sent to the notary, we will automatically upload the documents in Snapdocs RON.
- The signer will receive an email that provides all of the signing details: date and time of the signing, notary’s information, what to expect for the signing, and what they will need to bring to the signing.
- The notary will call or text the signer to confirm the appointment.
- The notary will receive a notification to tag the documents before the signing and can click a direct link from the email or the order to tag documents.
- Once the notary has tagged the documents and moved the signing to “scheduled,” the signer will receive an email to preview the documents. They can also complete KBA and IDV at this time.
- During the appointment time, the signer will receive an email letting them know it’s time for the RON appointment with a direct link to the signing from the email or from the order page in Notary Connect.
- Once the signing is completed, the signed documents will be automatically uploaded to the order in Notary Connect.
- The Snapdocs RON fee will be added to your normal order rate invoice.
- Any changes to the order or documents will be updated in the RON signing automatically.
- This includes canceling the signing. Reactivating a canceled order will not reactivate the order in Snapdocs RON; a new order must be created.
Important Note: We cannot create more than one Snapdocs RON signings from an order in Notary Connect. If the signing resulted in a ‘did not sign’ and you need to find another notary to complete the RON signing, please duplicate the order to find another notary.
