The pin an order feature allows users to pin orders to the top of the dashboard that may require additional attention or follow-up.
Pinning orders to the dashboard grants visibility to the rest of the team and provides another avenue to easily provide the necessary support each order requires. Below is a video on how to do so:Pin an order
On the order page under the order Owner and Status section, select the checkbox next to “Pin order to top of owner's dashboard” and select the save Save button.

The pinned order appears at the top of the dashboard with a yellow pushpin icon in both the All tab and the Mine tab within the All upcoming orders filter. If the order is waiting for a notary to be assigned it will be in that filter, as well as any other filter that pertains to the order. After a notary is assigned, it will no longer appear in the Needs notary filter but it will stay pinned to the top of the dashboard in the other filters that apply.
After an order is closed, the order will appear in the Closed tab with the yellow push pin icon still visible but it will not stay at the top of the dashboard.
To unpin an order, clear the checkbox on the order page and select the Save button.
