How to Download and Print the Closing Package

Once a lender creates a new closing in Snapdocs, the lending team and your Settlement Office will receive a notification via email.

 

Tip: This email will contain information about the closing type and a checklist of what to do to ensure a successful closing.

Instructions

Step 1: You will receive an email with a subject line in this format: 

Subject line: [BorrowerName] [#LoanNumber], You have a new closing | [LenderCompany]

Select the Print Lender Documents button in the email to get started. Once you log in, you will be automatically directed to the new closing in Snapdocs.

Step 2: Regardless of the closing type, please download and print the wet sign package in preparation for the wet signing appointment. Use the download button on the right side of the package to download.

Important Note: If a lender adds an additional document, redraws, or removes and resubmits the entire closing package, an email notification will be sent out with the relevant details prompting you to log in and download the new documents.
