RON Verified Notaries

Here is what we look at to ensure qualified notaries:

• Online Commission

• State and expiration date

• Digital Certificate

• Must show expiration date (usually from IdenTrust or Proof)

• Proof of Vendor Training

• Proof,NotaryCam, and Snapdocs RON only at this time.

• Other Approved Credentials

• Must have approved: Commission, BGC, & E&O

Ron Scheduling

1. Once the RON order is placed, we will auto-filter the search by only notaries approved for RON with the provider(s) you’ve selected and certified in states that may perform RONs for that property state.
2. The notary will have to accept the RON signing instructions in order to mark themselves as available.
3. Once the notary is assigned, they will receive a confirmation email that provides the instructions again as well as the RON provider they need to use.
4. The notary is expected to confirm which platform they intend to use (if multiple are allowed) and confirm the access instructions with the signer.
5. The notary is expected to create the RON order within the RON platform, tag the documents, and complete the RON order there. They will then upload the signed documents to the Snapdocs order.
