A RON order appears different to each type of user.
Here are the appointment details sent to each party on the order. Each user will be able to see that this order is a RON signing, which provider is being used, and what their requirements are to complete the RON signing.
Scheduler View
Note: You can edit the order prior to notary assignment. After a notary is assigned, the property state and client fields on a RON order become locked. You may switch between RON-enabled products, but cannot change to an in-person product.
Client View
The notary instructions are the same for each RON signing but the scheduling company and client can always add product, client, or order level instructions in addition to the RON instructions we provide.

Signer View
We will send the signer/consumer an email telling them who the notary is and a link to login to Snapdocs. The email notification and their Snapdocs page will provide the requirements to complete the signing and the date/time of the signing.
