Trailing Documents

You can route closing messages to designated teams after closing completion.

Customers with trailing documents enabled can configure which participants receive email notifications for messages sent on a closing, both before and after the closing is complete.

For example, lenders can choose to notify the Loan Officer, Closer, and Funder prior to closing, and then notify the Funder and Trailing Docs team once the closing is complete.

This ensures that the right teams, including the Trailing Docs team, are looped in when settlement messages about trailing documents are sent weeks after closing. All messages will continue to be visible to all parties in Snapdocs.
