Route closing messages to designated teams after closing completion

Customers with trailing documents enabled can now configure who receives email notifications for messages sent on a closing before and after the closing is complete. For example, lenders can configure to notify the LO, Closer, and Funder before the closing is complete, and configure to notify the Funder and Trailing Docs team after the closing is complete. This ensures relevant teams like the Trailing Docs team are looped in when settlement messages about trailing documents weeks after the closing. All messages will remain visible to all parties in the Snapdocs UI.
