eClosing Platform

Prevent consumers from eSigning after the appointment date

By default, Snapdocs allows consumers the flexibility to eSign their documents after their appointment date has passed. This feature gives users the option to prevent the consumer from eSigning after their appointment date.

If this feature is enabled, the eSign window will either close at midnight the day of the appointment, or will close on the last day of the signing date range (depending on the user’s preference). If the signing date or range is adjusted back, eSign will become available to consumers again. To enable this feature, reach out to your Snapdocs representative.

Snapdocs eVault

Secured Party Bulk Update

Snapdocs now allows for the bulk adding and removing of Secured Party via the Start Transfer page and sub-section Secured Party Update. Users can manually select MINs, copy/paste MINs, or upload a file with a list of MINs and either add a Secured Party or remove the current Secured Party.

Snapdocs eVault

Auto Validation Update

For eVault users utilizing our auto-validation feature, we now allow for individual data fields to be “ignored” so that these fields are not mandatory in the file upload and will not be checked during the auto-validation run. eVault users can reach out to their CSM to adjust their auto-validation settings to take advantage of this flexibility.

eNote MIN Validation

Snapdocs eVault previously prevented eNotes from being created with a MIN that did not start with that eVaults MERS Org ID. This check has now been removed to allow lenders to create eNotes with MINs that begin with any valid MERS Org ID.
