Encompass Closing Document Pushback Improvements
Updates to the Encompass Closing Document Pushback process have been made to improve performance and minimize errors that can occur when docs are pushed back into your Encompass instance. These updates improve stability of the process but do not impact or change the current workflow. We will be enabling this new service for lenders throughout February and March.
Updated Encompass (EMI) Form
Note: This update is applicable for lenders that create closings using EMI/Encompass Form
The latest revision of the Snapdocs Encompass Form (12.3.1) now provides data validation logic behind the “Send to Snapdocs” button. This update reduces the potential for closings with missing or incomplete information (e.g. borrower details, closing type, etc.) to be sent to Snapdocs. To enable this update, please reach out to your Snapdocs representative.
