Cross-Workspace Navigation | Notary Connect Scheduler/Admin + Snapdocs RON user
I’m a notary or user on Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima), and I’m also a Scheduler or Admin user on Notary Connect.
Logging In
- Log in on the Snapdocs login link: Continue to navigate to your company-specific snapdocs domain (e.g., [company-sub domain].snapdocs.com). Will take you to your Notary Connect company account as a scheduler, admin, or both.
- Log in on Snapdocs RON login (signings.snapdocs.com): Will take you to your Snapdocs RON account.
Signing Up
- Sign up for Notary Connect from Snapdocs RON – You’ll see a button on the left-hand side of your Snapdocs RON dashboard to create a free linked Notary Connect account as a notary. If you click it, you'll be taken to a consent form with your name and email already filled in - there is no password to create. Accept the terms and we'll create your free linked Notary Connect notary account and take you into the notary set-up steps. Your Scheduler or Admin account is not changed, and the consent form offers a link back to your company if you opened it by mistake.
Navigation Across Platforms
- Navigate to Notary Connect from Snapdocs RON: Click on the avatar icon to see Notary Connect Account in the dropdown menu. This will take you to your Scheduler view.
- Navigate to Snapdocs RON from Notary Connect: Click on the avatar icon to see Snapdocs RON Account in the dropdown menu.
