Finding a RON Verified Notary

The automator will filter for RON-verified notaries who meet the client’s specified RON provider and state requirements.

Once a RON order is created, the automator will automatically filter for RON-verified notaries who meet the client’s designated provider and state requirements. The RON certified checkbox is locked and cannot be deselected. To remove this requirement, select a product that does not support RON.

RON Order Automator

When a notary is notified of a new signing, the order will be clearly identified as a RON signing. If multiple RON providers are approved and the notary is verified for each, the notary can select their preferred provider for the signing.

RON Order Notification

If the notary marks that they are interested in the signing, they must accept the RON requirements and any other order requirements or instructions set such as witnesses.

Sending a RON Order via TPS Integration

Submit the order as you normally would, ensuring all required RON signing fields are completed. If a RON product is selected but mandatory fields such as property state and signer information are missing, the order will not be created and an error will be generated in your TPS.

Important Note: For orders submitted through TPS, the signer’s timezone will default to the property state’s timezone. If the state spans multiple timezones, the easternmost timezone will be applied.

Editing a RON order

You can edit the order prior to notary assignment. After a notary is assigned, the property state and client fields on a RON order become locked. You may switch between RON-enabled products, but cannot change to an in-person product.
