Removing a Signing Status
There are various reasons you may need to remove the signing status
- The notary needs to access the docs and the order has been closed.
- The signing status was added in error.
- The signing was closed by accident.
- Etc.
Note: You cannot remove the signing status if the notary had been paid.
If you need to remove a signing status from an order for any reason, select the completion status (i.e., Signing complete or Did not sign).
Then select Remove Signing Status.
