As a signing agent, you may need to pause your signing notification if you get too busy, need to step away for an extended period of time, or wish to not be disturbed.
You can snooze your notifications and you will no longer receive any signing opportunities during the period of the time you can select. The notifications will resume automatically once the specified amount of time has passed.
Alternatively, you can set an out of office, which means you will not receive any signing opportunities during that time period. You also will not receive any notifications for signings that will occur during the time that you'll be out of the office.
There are currently 2 ways to snooze your notifications or set an out of office.
Snoozing Your Notifications Through the My Profile Page
Step 1: Log in to your Snapdocs account, go to My Profile.
Step 2: Select Snooze for on the right-hand side.
Step 3: You should then see a drop-down menu with the option to snooze your notifications anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours. If you're going to be away for an extended period of time, select Set an out of office...
Step 4: If you've selected Set an out of office..., you should then see the following box. Set the start and end date and time for when you'll be out of the office. You will not receive signing notifications while you're out of the office and will not receive signing opportunities that will take place during this time.
Step 5: If you've successfully snoozed your signing notifications, you will see the "Signing notifications have been snoozed" banner appear at the top of the page.
If you've successfully set an out of office, you will see a “You’re out of office until…” banner at the top of the page.
Snooze Your Notifications Through a Signing Notification
Step 1: When you receive a signing notification, select Snooze these notifications for...
Step 2: A box will appear asking how long you would like to snooze your notifications.
Step 3: Select how long you would like to snooze your notifications for. If you'd like to temporarily stop receiving notifications for more than 8 hours, select Out of office...to set the start and end date and time for when you will be unavailable.
Step 4: Then you should see one of the following confirmation messages:
You've chosen to snooze your notifications:
You set a current out-of-office:
You set a future out-of-office:
Step 5: If you'd like to cancel snooze and resume receiving signing notifications, just click either Cancel Snooze or Cancel out of office.
Can I cancel the snooze/out of office at any time?
If you've snoozed your notifications or set an “out of office” and change your mind at any point, you can always re-enable your notifications. There are currently 2 ways to cancel your snooze or out of office.
Option 1: Log in to your account and select either cancel or change in the banner that appears at the top of the page.
Option 2: Log in to your account, go to My Profile, and select either Cancel Snooze (if you've snoozed your notifications) or Change out of office (if you've set an out of office).
