The Status box, under the order’s Owner section, above the signing location and signer’s information, allows you to leave notes on the order that also appear on the dashboard for admins to view.
These notes are not visible to the notary and are meant for internal communication only. You can search by status on the dashboard to find an order as well.
Adding a status
Enter notes for the order in the box and select the Save button.
The note is visible on the dashboard in the Status column for the corresponding order.
Searching by Status
The search function at the top of the dashboard has an option to search by Status. This sorts your dashboard by the contents of the Status box.
