How to Update Your Address

If you're either permanently or temporarily moving to a new location and would like to receive signing opportunities in that area, all you have to do is update the street address on your profile.

 

Note: If you're moving to a different state, please upload your notary commission for that state on your Credentials page. You will not receive notifications for signing opportunities in the state you are in unless you have uploaded a commission for that state. We provide instructions on how to upload and manage your credentials here

Step 1: Login to your account at app.snapdocs.com

Step 2: Select My Profile from the menu on the left-hand side. 

Step 3: Scroll down the page until you see the "Address Info" box. Enter your full address here.

Note: If your payment address is not the same as your physical address, uncheck the "Payment Address is the same" box at the bottom and additional address text boxes will appear. Your address is the location that we use to pinpoint order opportunities for you. Your payment address is used to mail physical checks and to register your tax information with. 

Step 4: Once you've made changes to your street address, be sure to click the Update Profile button in the upper-right of the page to save your changes. 

If you've successfully updated your information, you should see a green confirmation message at the top of the page.
