When a closing package is sent to Snapdocs, each page is classified and reorganized into a wet sign package and, if applicable, an eSign package.
The eSign package is annotated with signature tags to ensure the consumer eSigns in the right places. We rely on technology to do most of the work, but a specialist will check each closing to make sure everything looks correct.
During our document processing hours, we commit to a one-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA). Any documents submitted outside those hours are processed no later than 9:00 am PT. Once documents are processed, settlement is notified to download the wet sign package, and the lender and consumer are notified that the documents are ready for preview.
