You may receive your closing documents before the earliest signing date so that you have a chance to review your documents.
The earliest date to eSign is set by the settlement agent. Depending on your lender, this date may be the day of your in-person signing appointment or a few days before your appointment.
As soon as your documents are available to eSign, you will receive an email prompting you to login and eSign your documents.
You must preview all available documents prior to eSigning. Once you log in, you will be prompted to scroll through your documents, previewing until you reach the bottom. Once you are done previewing, click eSign next at the bottom of your screen.
