eCLOSING PLATFORM
Expanded RON transaction tracking
Our latest updates give lenders more visibility into RON signing appointments. We have expanded the signer milestone tracker to show when a signer has received the link to their virtual appointment and passed the Knowledge Based Authentication (KBAs) questions required to start the appointment.
Additionally, Encompass users can receive status updates on the progress of a RON transaction within their LOS. To enable this feature within Encompass, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
eCLOSING PLATFORM
Multi-factor authentication for settlement agents
Snapdocs will be making changes to the way settlement agents log in to the digital closing platform over the coming months. Currently, users can log in via their existing URLs and can use their existing email and password.
Once enabled for your Settlement Company, you'll be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during your next login. You can choose between SMS or an Authenticator App for verification. For more details on setting up MFA, please read this Support Hub Article.
Please note: If you share an account with colleagues, you will need to set up individual accounts under your Settlement Office or use a new login method. For more details on creating or sharing individual accounts with our new login method, please read this Support Hub Article.
FUNDING QC
Improved error handling
In rare cases when Funding QC couldn't process a document, the system was previously unable to generate a QC report. Now if that occurs, Funding QC will finish the report and alert you by adding the document to the ‘errors detected’ tab with the following note:
QC could not be completed for the following document. Please review to check for errors.
If this occurs, users can QC the document manually and either click QC passes or confirm errors in the notes field.
In-product notification when QC fails to run
eVAULT
eVault user guide
Snapdocs has added a link to the eVault user guide on the eVault home page, providing users easier access to the latest version of this document.
eVAULT
Enhanced dashboard tracks eNote origins
A new 'Originated in Vault' field has been added to the eVault dashboard to track each eNote’s origin, showing whether it was created within the eVault. The new field can be added to your dashboard view through 'Customize Columns' and is also visible on each eNote's details page.
eVAULT
Improved partner selection
Users can now search for partners directly within the Transfer or eDelivery screens, eliminating the need to scroll through the entire partner list.
eVAULT
eNote secured party removal options
Snapdocs now offers two ways to remove a secured party from an eNote record. Now use 'Reverse' to correct an erroneous addition, or continue to use 'Release' to remove a secured party that no longer has interest in the eNote.
