Why isn't my count of "Completed Orders" accurate?

Tristin Himes -

Notaries often ask us, "Why are there only a few completed orders reflected in my SnapDocs account? I have completed many more orders than this." This is because we only have data on any orders you've completed through Snapdocs or any orders you've manually added to your account. There's just no way for us to know the total number of signings you've completed in your entire career as a notary signing agent. (Although if there was a way for us to validate the number of signings you've done in your entire career, we'd love to be able to reflect and share that!)

Your order count is calculated from the following:

  1. The number of orders you've completed on Snapdocs.
  2. The number of orders you've manually added to your account.

The reason we calculate the number of orders completed this way is so that we can validate the total and share reliable data with our companies that reflects your true experience.

To communicate your level of experience, there's a few things you can do:
  1. Mention the number of signings you've completed in your bio section.
  2. Use Snapdocs to manage all of your signings, whether they come through Snapdocs or not. Click here to learn how to manually add non-Snapdocs orders to your account.

Please also note that the number of orders reflected on your public notary profile is the number of signings you've done on Snapdocs. This does not include any signings you've added to your account. This is why it specifically says "Snapdocs Signings Completed."
