Why did I receive an email stating that a new sign-in was detected?

If you or someone else is attempting to log into your Snapdocs account on a new device, you'll automatically receive an email letting you know that a new sign-in was detected. In the case that you don't recognize the login attempt, please follow the instructions to report suspicious activity and secure your account.

Once you've secured your account, any devices and browsers that are currently logged into your Snapdocs account will be automatically logged out. To log into your Snapdocs account, reset your password.
