Added Reminders for Pro Orders

These reminders and updates are not configurable in your settings as they are important information that you need to know or take action on. 

Pro companies use Snapdocs internal scheduling team to manage and assign their orders. When you are assigned to a Pro order, you will receive additional reminders and order updates. If you have a cell phone number listed on your account, you will receive a text. If a cell number is not listed, we will send you an email.

Automated Reminders

Each of these reminders requires action, and you will most likely need to log into Snapdocs and open the order to view instructions, download and upload documents, or confirm the signing appointment.

Reminder to confirm the signing 

  • 1st reminder sent 1 hour after assigned
  • 2nd reminder sent 2 hours after assigned
  • Take a look at this article on how to confirm the signing appointment on the order. This will notify the scheduling team and client if there is an update on the date, time, location; or if the current order information has been confirmed with the consumer.

Reminder to download docs 

  • Reminder sent 1 hour before the signing
  • Take a look at this article on how to download documents for the signing if they are uploaded to Snapdocs.

Reminder to upload scanbacks 

  • 1st reminder sent 2 hours after the signing start time

Note: We will also send a reminder to the client to upload documents as well. This reminder is already a setting option within company settings for all Flex and Pro scheduling companies, but this will be automatically turned on for all Pro companies. 

The reminder to upload scanbacks is also an automatic reminder that is available in company settings for all Flex and Pro customers but it was only an email reminder. For Pro companies, we will be sending a text when available.
