We have made some updates to RON signings that will provide more detailed instructions to you and the signer!

How can I show that I’m verified to handle RON signings?

How do I accept a RON signing?

Step 1: When you receive an available order notification, you will see that it is a RON signing in the "Where" section. If you want to accept the order, select Yes, I am available.

Step 2: A RON signing will then have requirements that you will need to accept in order to proceed. Select I understand for all requirements, if applicable to you. Exit out of the order notification if you are unable to accomodate the requirements.

  • If you are certified for more than one RON provider and the client accepts more than one provider, you will receive the option to select which provider you would like to use.

Important Reminder: If the signer is required to provide a witness, you must inform the signer that a witness must be physically present with the signer during the signing session.
