If the auto-start setting is on, admins will now see the option to turn off auto-start for specific products in advanced product settings.

Auto-start search after removing notary
The auto-start feature has been updated! Schedulers now have the option to remove the notary and automatically start the search or simply remove the notary.

Notary self-removal setting
Notaries can now remove themselves from a signing directly. This setting saves time, reduces unnecessary communication, and eliminates the need for schedulers to manually remove notaries.
- If the notary removes themself from a signing, they must indicate the reason for the removal. Snapdocs will notify the scheduler and client (notification options can be adjusted in your notifications settings).
- Notaries are not able to remove themselves from a signing if it’s scheduled to start within 2 hours. In those instances, they need to contact the scheduler. This cutoff window cannot be adjusted.
- The notary order removal option is only available if the auto-start option is enabled.
- Schedulers and the client will be notified when the notary removes themselves from the order. The notification options can be adjusted in company settings.

Enhanced address matching for Connected Closings users
For customers using the Connected Closings feature, Snapdocs now matches addresses to improve auto-linking rates between signing orders and their corresponding closings. For example, if an abbreviated address is used in one field and not in another (e.g. Street versus St.).
