It's important to know what the instructions for an order are so that you don't accidentally miss anything a scheduling company requires.
When accepting an order
When special instructions are added, you will be required to acknowledge these instructions before accepting the signing.
In the Confirmation Email
After being assigned to a signing, the hiring company can send you a confirmation email. This email will confirm that you've been hired for the signing and will contain more details on the signing, including instructions. Here's an example of what it looks like.
The confirmation email is not automated and must be manually triggered by the company that hired you for the signing. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact the hiring company.
On the Order Page
After being assigned to the order, the order should appear on your dashboard. Click on the order from your dashboard to view the order page, which contains additional details on the signing and the instructions.
On the order page, locate the "General Instructions" section. Within the "General Instructions" box, there's a few things you can do:
- Select on "Expand All" to expand all the individual instruction sections.
- Select on "Collapse All" to collapse all the individual instruction sections.
- Select on "Print All Instructions" to print all the instructions
