If you are having trouble logging into Snapdocs there are a few common causes and easy solutions. The first thing you should try if you can’t login, is resetting your password. Follow these easy steps below:
Step 1: Go to your unique company URL (not sure what this is? Click here to learn more!) and click on the button below the login field that says “Forgot your password.”
Step 2: Enter your email address and click submit.
Step 3: Check your email for an email from Snapdocs. Click on the link in the password that says “Login and update your password.”
Step 4: Select a new password that is 8 characters long and satisfies 3 out of the following 4 conditions: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and/or a special character.
There are a couple of other circumstances that could prevent login outlined below.
- The URL that you are trying to login from is incorrect. Learn more about how your URL affects login.
- Sometimes if you have the autofill function turned on in your browser, it will automatically pick up an old password. This can be fixed by turning the autofill feature off or simply by fully typing out the new password.
