Issues may arise causing errors when you try to log in to Snapdocs. If you are having trouble logging in, there are a few common causes and easy solutions. You may be using the incorrect email address for your account, URL, or password. Please see the common issues below to determine which error may be occurring and the solution to fixing it.
Check your account address
Make sure that you log in with the email address that is associated with your account. If you're not sure what that is, or if you have an account, check with one of your team admins who can either give you the correct address or add an account for you.
Make sure your are logging in from your unique company URL
The URL is likely to be yourcompany.snapdocs.com. Read this article to make sure and learn more.
Overwrite an autofill password
Sometimes if you have the autofill function turned on in your browser, it will automatically pick up an old password. This can be fixed by turning the autofill feature off or simply by fully typing out the new password. And remember, for your heightened security, your Snapdocs password should never be used to log in to any website other than Snapdocs.
Account is locked
If your account is locked due to too many unsuccessful log in attempts, please reset your password following the steps below.
Reset your password
Follow these steps to reset your password:
1. Use your unique company URL and select the Forgot your password link.
2. Enter your email address and select the Submit button.

4. Choose a new password that is 8 characters long and satisfies 3 out of the following 4 conditions: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and/or a special character.
