If you are having trouble logging into Snapdocs there are a few common causes and easy solutions.
Check your account address
Make sure that you are trying to log in with the email address that is associated with your account! If you're not sure what that is, or if you have an account, check with one of your team Admins who can either give you the correct address or add an account for you.
Make sure your are logging in from your unique company URL
Not sure what this is? Most likely, it's yourcompany.snapdocs.com, but click here to make sure and learn more!
Overwrite an autofilled password
Sometimes if you have the autofill function turned on in your browser, it will automatically pick up an old password. This can be fixed by turning the autofill feature off or simply by fully typing out the new password. And remember, for your heightened security, your Snapdocs password should never be used login to any website other than Snapdocs.
Reset your password
Step 1: Go to your unique company URL and click on the button below the login field that says “Forgot your password.”
Step 2: Enter your email address and click submit.
Step 3: Check your email for an email from Snapdocs. Click on the link in the password that says “Log in and update password.”
Step 4: Select a new password that is 8 characters long and satisfies 3 out of the following 4 conditions: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and/or a special character.
Make sure you are logging in under the right role
