Login Issues

If you are a signing service or title company experiencing login difficulties, there are several common reasons for these issues, along with straightforward solutions.

You may be using an incorrect email address for your account, URL, or password. Please review the common issues below to determine which error you may be experiencing and the solution to fix it.

Verify your account email address

Make sure that you log in with the email address that is associated with your account. If you're not sure what that is, or if you have an account, check with one of your team admins who can either give you the correct address or add an account for you.

Make sure you are logging in from your unique company URL

The URL is likely to be yourcompany.snapdocs.com. Read this article to make sure and learn more.

Overwrite an autofill password

Sometimes if you have the autofill function turned on in your browser, it will automatically pick up an old password. This can be fixed by turning the autofill feature off or simply by fully typing out the new password. 

Note: For your heightened security, your Snapdocs password should never be used to log in to any website other than Snapdocs. 

Account is locked

If your account is locked due to too many unsuccessful login attempts, please reset your password.

Reset your password

Follow these steps to reset your password:

Step 1: Use your unique company URL and select the Forgot your password link.

Step 2: Enter your email address and select the Submit button.

Step 3: Check your inbox for an email from Snapdocs. Select the Log in and update password link.

Step 4: Choose a new password that is 8 characters long and satisfies 3 out of the following 4 conditions:
  1. A lowercase letter
  2. An uppercase letter
  3. A number and/or a special character.
  4. Has not been used with your email in the past.
