After you have uploaded your notary credentials, they will be in a pending status. If a credential is currently in a pending state, this means it is in our credential queue waiting to be verified by our team.
Verification can take up to a week (7 business days), but you should generally hear back sooner.
Once a credential has been reviewed, you'll be notified via email it has either been successfully verified or rejected, example emails are shown below.
Accepted credentials will state "accepted":
Rejected credentials will state “action required” and then state the reason for rejection and link to how to have this corrected:

Note: Having a pending document does not prevent you from receiving signing offers, so you can still receive and respond to signing offers if you have a pending credential.
